These terms cover the use of rubyrocks.sg and of Ruby Rocks' own social media tools ("Ruby Rocks Studio"). By using the site you agree to them.

The website

• The site exists to tell you about the band, list our shows, and let you contact or book us.
• Quotes given through the site are estimates until confirmed by us in writing.
• Photos, videos, logos and text on this site belong to Ruby Rocks or are used with permission. Please ask before reusing them.
• We try to keep show dates and venues accurate, but a venue can change plans. Check with the venue before travelling.

Ruby Rocks Studio

Ruby Rocks Studio is software run by the band to publish the band's own videos to its own Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube accounts and to read statistics about those accounts. It is not offered to the public, does not act on other people's accounts, and is used under the terms of the platforms it connects to, including the TikTok Developer Terms of Service.

Ruby Rocks Studio uses YouTube API Services to upload the band's own videos and read the band's own channel statistics. It can also change the band's own videos, setting each one to public, unlisted or private and correcting its title. It works only on the band's own channel and never deletes a video. By using these features you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent allowed by Singapore law, Ruby Rocks is not liable for losses arising from use of the site or from information on it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
